Ett ovanligare Brio, en utveckling av det äldre Brio som kom 1963 och föregångaren till det större Briohuset som kom 1967. Till skillnad mot de tidigare Briohusen är övervåningen dubbelt så hög, trappräcket är i plast och skorstenen har bytt sida på taket. Patricia är speciellt förtjust i de stenmönstrade tapeterna på övervåningen.

A more uncommon Brio, showing the stages in development between the older Brio which came out in 1963 and the larger Brio doll's house which was released in 1967. Compared to the earlier Brio, the upper-level is twice as tall, the stair-railing is plastic, and the chimney has been moved to the other side of the roof. The owner especially likes the "stone-wall" paper in the upper right room.
