Lundby 1972

En tidig variant av 1972 års Lundby med träspaljer. Nytt är att fasaden har fått vitt tegel - det röda tegelfasaden som hängt med från 50-talet har moderniserats. Tapeter och golv har fått nya starka färger.

Alla möbler som visas fanns i Lundbys sortiment 1972 men nu kommer även 70-talet i möbeldesignen på allvar. Titta på Pop-möbeln i vardagsrummet, det tradionella pianot som fått en stark röd/orange färg för att passa in i stilen och den nya bordslampan med blå fot. Köket är det klassiska men gjordes i början på 70-talet i en mer bearbetad variant med teakluckor och lackad i olika färger - här är det en stark orange färg helt i tidens anda. De två andra färgvarianterna (aqua och lindblomsgrönt) visas i 1971 års dockskåp.

Till sist vill jag visa på de fina minatyrerna jag fått från Sieglinde (titta på de små, små grytlapparna i köket) och Sabine som gjort dockskåpsmammans smörgåsar och chokladen och det fina blockljuset på i vardagsrummet.

 

 

 

Lundby 1972

 
An early version of the Lundby 1972-years model with the open wooden stairwell. One new feature is the white-brick external facade; the red-brick exterior, which had been used since the 1950's, has been modernized. The wallpaper and flooring have been replaced with newer, brighter colors.

All the furniture shown in the photos was part of the Lundby range in 1972, reflecting current 1970-type furniture design. Look at the "Pop" furniture in the living room: the traditional spinet piano has been painted bright red/orange to match this style, and the new table lamp has a bright-blue base. The kitchen is still classic, but was revised in the early 1970's with teak doors and painted in different colors---and here it is in a bright orange color, completely in the spirit of the times. The other two color variations, aqua and lime- green, are shown in the dollhouses from 1971.

Finally, please look at the fine miniature accessories I have received from others: The very small hot pads in the kitchen from Sieglinde, and the dollhouse mama's sandwiches and chocolate plus the candlestick in the living room, which were made by Sabine.
