This is one of many variations of the dollshouse manufactured in 1971. It was a very special year with many new releases: for example, the first furniture designs for the 1970's, the first curtains and wall-to-wall carpeting, and the first year that plastic doors were used + the door handles were a different color.

The family in this house likes Rococo-style furniture. Everything shown was for sale in 1971. The only new items for 1971 were the rocking chair, the bedding, and the curtains.
